On Wednesday 6th March, ‘In Talks with Endorphin’ went back on the road and this time we were live and in person at Moneypenny, Wrexham!
This time, the event focused on how businesses can adapt and communicate effectively in order to attract and retain their talent. It featured an expert panel; Léon Milns, Founder and Director at We Are Adam, Hannah Williams Skinner, Working Life Manager at Moneypenny and our very own Jane Entwistle, Co-Founder and Co-Director at Endorphin and Entyce.
Attendees had the opportunity to hear from and ask questions to our panel, whose exclusive insights included how businesses can stand out from the competition to hire the best talent and how marketing can help with this, as well as a case study on how Moneypenny famously maintains such a low staff turnover (hint: it’s not all to do with their pub!).
In additon to this, guests also enjoyed networking and light breakfast refreshments, before being taken on a tour around Moneypenny’s now-famous HQ.
The event was very well attended, with guests from businesses such as Net World Sports, Oliver & Co Solicitors and Hope House. This was Endorphin’s second ‘In Talks With…’ live event, the first taking place at Chester’s Storyhouse in September 2023.
